    Conservation and restoration treatment for wood paintings:

    Treatment for paintings on copper support:

    • Identification of the material (composition of the preparation, pigments, binders and protective layer)
    • Fixing of raised areas and blisters in the layers of varnish , paint preparation
    • Mechanical cleansing
    • Scalpel tip elimination of insect excrement or other foreign bodies (drops of paint, wax, etc.)
    • Chemical cleansing of the paint layer, with solvents or gels, respecting the original patinas
    • Coating  of  layer losses
    • Pictorial reintegration of losses
